Due to our continuous, healthy growth, we need support. We are constantly looking for interesting people who are reliable and able to work in a team, who demonstrate strong involvement and show enthusiasm for their tasks. We offer our employees numerous benefits - including a meal allowance for hot lunches.
Family-friendly working hours
Our production is organised with weekends off: Tool setup takes place during the day shifts while the production runs in three shifts from Monday to Friday. The well-being of our employees is very important to us – and that includes having enough time for family and friends. Our shift plan keeps the work varied, as there are always different machines to operate.
Apprenticeships secure the future
FUSO is also an attractive training company: We know that good basic training for our employees is a key factor for our futurer success.
