Engineering: partnership-based and sustainable

We use modern CAD software and analysis tools to create the desired 3D data for your plastic items. We carry out mould flow simulations and analyses to check the general feasibility and identify potential for improvement. We work closely with product designers and R&D and support you as a partner in sourcing potential suppliers. When selecting materials, we attach great importance to the conservation of resources and sustainability.

The power of prototyping: see, feel, try

The production of prototypes via additive manufacturing is an essential component on the way to series maturity. It allows you to experience your future product haptically and not to rely solely on your imagination and design drawings. It also offers a considerable advantage for further product developments throughout the product life cycle.

3D printers and 3D scanners

Our product development support includes prototypes from the 3D printer. You can choose from various materials and colours. We can also print small series upon request.

Complete measurements and initial sample test reports even on complex geometries, freeform surfaces, and soft components are promptly captured and analysed on our 3D scanner (Zeiss). The software is capable of quickly and precisely comparing target and actual figures.
