We set the highest standards for precise and high-quality injection moulding tools with a perfect finish. This requires the sourcing of high-grade moulding components. Our dedicated team of experienced specialists creates precise tools and moulds in our own toolmaking department using CNC-controlled machines. The in-house production and maintenance of injection moulding tools is your advantage by increasing efficiency and response times!

- Your tools are regularly serviced by us.
- Injection moulding tools are properly stored and serviced according to maintenance schedules. This means that they are always ready for use even upon short notice if required.
CNC production
With our 3-axis or 5-axis CNC-controlled milling machines we can realise article optimisations on the injection moulding tool quickly and economically. FUSO has implemented an integrated CAD-CAM workflow (SolidWorks-Solid Cam) for this purpose.

Your tools: We are taking good care.
Staring your tools at our premises offers several advantages. We optimise them according to requirements (welding, laser welding, assembly, joining), clean them before use, carefully preserve them before storing, and we inform you about the condition of the tool. We particularly offer support in case of relocation projects including but not limited to tool analyses, revers engineering, and 3D scans (Zeiss).
