Our 49 injection moulding machines from Engel, Wittmann Battenfeld, Haitian & Fanuc - equipped with the latest high-speed robots - manufacture your plastic items in fully automated production processes. Always with the highest precision, which we continuously monitor during the manufacturing process. Our fully automated material conveyor system enables the provision of the respective granulates for the entire production process, right where they are needed: Just-in-sequence.
Efficient and flexible logistics
We deliver the finished and tested plastic parts directly into your current production cycles - and just-in-time if required. This saves you the costs of expensive warehousing and in-house logistics. As we produce from stock, we can react quickly to short-term customer demands and deliver the required items directly using our own lorry.
