Quality & environmental management
ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certifications
Our quality management system certification in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 (first awarded in 1999) and environmental management system certification in accordance with ISO 14001:2015 (first awarded in 2012) are regularly renewed – most recently by Quality Austria as part of a two-day audit.
Quality management
Our quality assurance department monitors compliance with quality requirements throughout the entire series production process and is responsible for the complete measurement of various items. Coordinating drawings and tolerances with customers as well as feasibility analyses for new enquiries and tool changes are also an important part of being able to deliver the high quality that we promise our customers supported by state-of-the-art technology (such as our stripe light scanner for creating 3D models).
Environmental management
We save large amounts of fossil fuels and CO2 thanks to our company-owned PV system, heat recovery from the injection moulding systems, and the expansion of e-mobility. We make a significant contribution to waste avoidance and resource conservation by regranulating scrap material and delivering our products in reusable containers. Efficient production and warehouse management and state-of-the-art machinery save energy and transport costs.
